How do i place an order?

  • View the products you are interested in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price. After selecting your product(s) and you are at the cart section, press the ADD TO CART button.
  • If you wish to proceed with your order, you can do so by either registering, logging into your account or simply checking-out as a guest.
  • Fill in shipping and billing information.
  • Select the payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order.

Upon successful completion you will see a summary of your order and you will receive a relevant email.

How many days does it take to receive my order?
It usually takes 2-4 business days to receive your order. For details please visit the Shipping Methods page. In case we are out of stock and you contact us to pre-order, we estimate that we need about 15-20 days to send you the product.

How much does it cost to ship my order?
The cost of shipments within the Prefecture of Attica amounts to €3.10 and outside the Prefecture of Attica to €4.40 (when the weight of the package doesn’t exceed the 2kg). For each additional kilo, the cost increases by €1.34.

How do I find the right size/number for me?
Please visit the Size Chart page for a guide. However, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I place an order and have it sent as a gift to another recipient?
Of course. Tell us in the comments of the order that you wish to have a gift package and we will take care of the rest.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of an order is accepted if it has not yet been executed or delivered. Cancellation must be made either by e-mail or by phone.

Are my transactions safe?
Every transaction you make in our online store is secure. IYOUNOW takes the necessary precautions to protect the security of your data.

Can I add a product to the order I have just placed?
In this case you need to make a new order.

What should I do if a product is missing is missing from my order?
In this case you need to contact us by sending us an e-mail at [email protected] in order to resolve the problem.

Which couriers do you use for deliveries?
For deliveries IYOUNOW uses the FIS courier service.

What if I’m out when my order is delivered?
If the package arrives at your location while you are away, FIS Courier will attempt to contact you either by phone or SMS to arrange a new delivery date and time. If the courier service cannot contact you, the package is stored for a few days at the local office. If after a few days the company is still not available to contact you, the package is returned to us and marked as refused by the customer. Once it is returned to us, the order is canceled, and a new order will need to be placed.

Is VAT included in price?
VAT on all products is included in the price stated.
