If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 5 days from the date of the first delivery attempt of the order and you can choose between changing the item, changing the size, providing a credit balance (voucher) or refund. The customer is obliged to unpack and check the items of his order and in the event of any defect, to notify the company within 5 days. Beyond 5 days, it is considered that the items of the order were delivered to the customer in perfect condition. In order for a return to be accepted, all products must be in perfect condition with tags and original packaging.
Returns are not accepted on made-to-order products and for products that have “NON-RETURNABLE” in their description.
IYOUNOW reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or not shipped in accordance with the return terms detailed in this return policy. In the event of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.
Product return instructions
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return one or more products from your order, you must:
- Pack the products you wish to return.
- Fill out the return form that you will find on our site.

Important Note: We do not accept returns sent by Greek Post due to frequent losses and serious delays.
Product change
Products can be exchanged for any available different size or item. Changes are made at the applicable discount rate in effect on the day of the change.
Issuance of Credit
It is possible to issue a credit that can be used within 12 months from the return date and is valid for purchases from our online store.
Money return
Refunds are always made after communication and within 8-10 working days from the moment the returned items are received and inspected.
In the event that the original purchase was made by credit card, the charge will be cancelled.
In the event that the initial purchase was made by bank deposit, the money will be returned to an account that you have indicated to us.
If the order has been declared as a gift, in the event of a return, there is no possibility of a refund. In this case we can offer a change in type/size or issue a credit card.
Refund conditions:
- Products must be returned in the condition they were received.
- In case you do not return them, within the time agreed after consultation with our company, then we have the right not to accept the return and refuse the replacement.
- The return of the product must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied its original receipt (eg Retail Receipt).
The product must have its complete packaging and its labels intact.
Return Costs
Product returns with IYOUNOW charge:
The return replacement (if desired) of products is carried out at our expense if:
- your order has been executed incorrectly, i.e. we have delivered an item other than what you ordered either by item or quantity
- upon delivery the packaging of the item is damaged to a significant extent or completely
- the item is defective.
In the above cases you can either not accept the receipt of your order or request its return after communicating with our company. We offer free returns, within Greece, exclusively with the delivery company XXXXXX. You will need to select “recipient charge” when delivering your package.
In case of choosing a distribution company other than XXXXXX, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. This policy is limited to one return per order.
In case the order is returned from a country outside of Greece, the customer bears the shipping costs.
In case the order is returned from a country outside the European Union, the customer is also charged with any customs clearance costs, taxes and duties.
