Shipments within Greece

Most of the orders are shipped within two to four (3-5) business days once the order has been processed and payment has been verified.
The transport companies we cooperate with are FIS Courier Services.

Order commitment

Upon request from our company’s own customers, we agree to hold the order and ship it later, only if the payment has been made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. If the payment has not been completed, the Company has the right to either send the order or cancel the order. The Company cannot hold a paid order for more than fourteen (14) days from the day the order was placed. After this period of time, the company has the right to either ship the order or to cancel the order and refund the customer.

Cancel or change an order

For any order cancellation/modification or change of address or payment, you can email us at [email protected]. This option is available until you are notified of the shipment of your order by e-mail. After this point there is no possibility for cancellations or changes to your order.

Order receipt

The receipt is made by the person referred to in the order as the recipient at the address you have indicated when submitting your order.

Order shipping method

1. The order is sent to the address you indicated to us when submitting your order with F.I.S COURIER SERVICES. Deliveries are made until 14:00.
Shipping within the Prefecture of Athens: €3.10 (when the package is up to 2kg)
Shipping outside the Prefecture of Athens: €4.40 (when the package is up to 2kg)
For each additional kilo, the cost increases by €1.34.

We reserve the right to modify shipping methods, terms and prices at will and without prior notice.

Pickup from the store

You can also pick up your order from our atelier

The collection from the store, if your order has been placed through our online store, can be scheduled with prior contact on the e-shop’s contact phone number.

Conditions for receiving from a store:

  • An order must have been placed in our online store.
  • When receiving, you should have with you:
    • o The information required to verify your identity (identity card or passport showing your information).
    • The confirmation of your order on your mobile phone.
    • In the case the payment has been made by deposit, you must also present the proof of deposit.
  • You can come to the store to pick up your order only after setting an appointment.
